We are an independent group of like-minded and dedicated volunteers who have been working in our spare time to help the less fortunate people. We call ourselves “Friends in Charity” (FiC).We organize different programs to reach out to the less fortunate. These programs include assisting destitute families who have almost nothing and no families; bringing cheer to residents of welfare homes; and collecting and delivering necessities for less fortunate ones. We also plan programs for children/senior citizens in some of the Homes, taking them out of their routine and monotonous surroundings to enjoy new sights and sounds. We are forever growing. We always welcome more people to join in our charity efforts. We truly believe in the saying, “As we give, we receive… As I give, I get…” What we have given, we have received in numerous intangible ways.
